In this sub section of Dragon Gaming CMS you will find the Player log. Here users are able to find information related to a specific game round, including the outcome.
Initially you will be required to choose the casino site/brand of interest from the dropdown at the top of the page.
Further filters are available to help find more relevant logs:
- Player ID (optional) – if the ‘Player ID’ is known, it will allow to reduce the search results to game rounds related only to this player.
- Date Time Range (required) – this allows users to limit their search results to a specific Date Time range. This is a mandatory field.
- Games (optional) – users are able to limit their results to a specific game.
- Min Bet (optional) – the minimum bet amount. Only results above or equal to this amount will be displayed.
- Max Bet (optional) – the maximum bet amount. Only results below or equal to this amount will be displayed.
Click on the game round id to access further details for each round. Here you will be able to view the outcome of the selected round with graphical representation. You will also be presented with the following information:
- Game Name – game name that this game round relates to.
- Round ID – the unique game round id.
- Lines – number of winning lines available for this game
- Coin Value – selected coin value
- Coins – number of coins that have been wagered
- Pre-Balance – player’s balance before the bet
- Bet – the total amount of the bet.
- Total Win – the total amount won during this round.
- Post Balance – player’s balance after the bet.
- Win Lines – reference to the lines that won.
- Currency – currency used for this game round.
- Date & Time – date and time of the game round.
